How do I order?

Do I need a California issued Medical Recommendation?

Only if you are between the ages of 19 to 20. Adults 21 and older can purchase with a VALID Government-issued ID.

What is Winter Greens return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you received a faulty product, please let us know directly by phone. All sales are final.

Where do you deliver?

Truckee: We deliver to the entire North Lake (CA) area, including Truckee, Olympic Valley, Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Northstar, and surrounding areas.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on your location, it could be as little as 15 minutes or as many as 4 hours. All orders placed will be followed up with an ETA via email.
$100 minimum areas (Tahoma, Donner Summit) will be delivered sometime after 2pm.
North Lake Tahoe orders are typically delivered after 1:00pm.

Can I still place my order if i won’t be home for a while?

We have a new feature that allows you to choose your delivery window! Simply find the one that works for you and add it to your cart, or specify in your order notes that you’ll be available after [time]. Delayed/scheduled deliveries require a minimum 30 minute window of availability.

Am I supposed to tip my driver?

Tips are strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated.

Do you accept credit or debit?

We accept cash as well as…

Aeropay:

You will receive a pay link via text. Click the link, set up your account (which links to your checking, similar to Venmo), and the funds will be withdrawn via ACH. This is a fast, convenient, 100% secure payment method.

Cashless ATM:

This is a chip DEBIT CARD ONLY payment solution that will require entering your PIN upon delivery. Tap pay is not currently available for this method. Payments will be rounded to the nearest $5 (we will provide cash change for the difference).

Stronghold (Pay Online):
Pay at checkout via ACH. You’ll be prompted to set up an account when you select this method. If your order will change in any way following submission (senior / new member / veteran’s discounts, happy hour products added, etc), your online payment will be canceled and we will text a new pay link to your phone for the correct amount.

What is your minimum order amount?

While there is NO CHARGE for delivery, we do require a minimum order amount of $60 and a $100 order minimum for certain locations.

Are there First Time Patient Deals?

10% off your first order, however, discounts cannot be stacked. If participating in a daily deal, you will receive the highest applicable discount to each item in your cart.

Can my order be left at the door or with another adult if I’m not home?

No, the customer who places the order must be the one who receives & signs for the order.

How do I store my vape pen when it isn’t in use?

  • Keep in a cool and dimly lit area

  • Store upright; do not lay on side

  • Heat causes leaking

  • Warm your cartridge for the best hit. To warm, use a button battery, such as Heavy Hitters Button Battery; hold down for 10 seconds at a time.
